Qualifying Professional Youth in Jewellery Making
Implemented by the Azza Fahmy Foundation with funding from the Drosos Foundation, training 90 young beneficiaries to meet the demands of the jewelry market. The program combined foundational courses, hands-on factory workshops, and specialized tracks, and established a business incubator offering access to facilities and tools. Graduates received entrepreneurial training, with several later securing funding to launch their own businesses.
Design workshops with the Design Studio (DSAF) and a Training-of-Trainers (ToT) program further expanded impact, enabling some participants to become professional trainers, successful entrepreneurs, and artisans.
