The training coordinator shall be responsible for: o Handling student registration activities. o Handling all day-to-day follow-up with trainee to assure all their needs are met starting from the recruitment process and ends by their graduation. o Assist with setting up student affairs department policies & procedures manual o Assist in applying and implementing all activities according to the approved policies and procedures o Manage student course registration procedures on a daily basis o Manage and maintain student records files o Prepare regular reports on registration and records o Implement and record course evaluations o Issue official certifications on student performance during the training Experience and Job requirement: o High organizational skills o Good Leadership skills o Good problem-solving skills o Good communication skills o Good English language skills o Have at least 2 years of experience in related positions.
The administrative officer shall be responsible for: o Welcoming visitors to the foundation's administration headquarters. o Communicating with banks - the Directorate of Social Solidarity and governmental and non-governmental institutions that work with the institution. o Responsibility of managing the warehouse completely (recording in the store’s books, preparing receipts and exchange vouchers - preparing annual inventory summary) o Supervising matters related to the logistical needs of the institution. o Any new administrative work related to the institution related to the aforementioned works. Experience and Job requirement: o Experience from 3 to 5 years, preferably those with previous experience in the field of development. o Have a high school diploma. o Proficiency in dealing with various computer applications. o Problem solving skills. o Good time management skills.
