This project combines the core values, strengths, and expertise of Azza Fahmy Foundation and the Azza Fahmy brand in developing professional vocational technicians in several industrial sectors capable of addressing the needs of modern competitive industries.

Project for Training Young Artisans for the business market
A total of 47 trainees have been trained, bringing the total number of graduates to 90 young men and women who are capable of joining the labor market in the jewelry industry.

Established in 2003, DROSOS FOUNDATION is a private Swiss foundation based in Zurich, Switzerland. Its vision is to create a world where young people can reach their full potential and have equal opportunities to succeed.
Since 2005, DROSOS has been active in Egypt, supporting 115 projects to date. One of its key programs, Creative Economies, focuses on:
- Enhancing creative competencies to promote economic independence for youth.
- Supporting various creative industries, including handicrafts, performing and visual arts, and filmmaking.
- Empowering young people to become resilient and economically self-sufficient.
Through this partnership, the Qualifying Professional Youth in the Jewelry Industry project aims to equip artisans with technical expertise, ensuring they are well-prepared for sustainable careers in jewelry craftsmanship.
